1.
What are Kullassepa Residence apartments?
Kullassepa Residence is 8 apartments, situated in the same building
in the heart of Old Town of Tallinn. Our apartments are an alternative
to a hotel, cost-effective and private. Comparing to hotel you have
more space and privacy.
2. What sort of facilities do we offer?
All our apartments have their own living space, bedroom, kitchen,
bathroom. All apartments are supplied with fresh linen and towels
included in price. Kitchens are equipped with a range of utensils,
crockery, cutlery and appliances.
3. How often is room service provided, and how often is the linen
changed?
All apartments will be cleaned and supplied with fresh linen and towels
once a week. In case you wish the cleaning more often, please inform
us at least 1 working day in advance.
4. How do I reserve an apartment?
To reserve an apartment you can fill out booking form on our website,
send us an e-mail or just call us. Once we have received your booking
request we will send you confirmation letter within 48 hours. Depending on the period
of booking, we may require 30% prepayment as reservation guaranty.
5. How and where can I collect my keys?
You can collect keys at our office at Kullassepa 11 (all apartments
are situated in the same building). Since we do not have a 24 h front
desk service, we will appreciate if You inform us about the time of
You arrival in advance.
6. What if I loose the key?
Hopefully it won’t happen because you are fully responsible for it.
If you loose the key you should cover the costs of a new key and in
case it’s necessary for security reasons also the cost of changing
the lock.
7. Is the price shown per person?
All apartments are priced per apartment. Prices vary according to
the length of stay and number of persons.
8. Is breakfast provided?
Unfortunately we don’t serve breakfast in our apartments. We suggest taking the breakfast
at our partner restaurant
XX Sajand next to our apartment building. Breakfast cost - 6 eur/person.
9. Check in/out times?
Regular check in time is 14:00 and check out time is 11:00. It is
possible to check in/out earlier/later but it should be negotiated
in advance.
10. How do I pay, and when do I pay?
We accept payment in cash, by credit cards like Visa, Mastercard/Eurocard
or bank transfer in Euros (EUR). Prepayment
(if required) of 30% can be made by bank transfer, by credit card
or in cash (in case you can come to our office to settle it). By bank
transfers, the prepayment should reach our account net of all bank
charges. Of credit cards, we accept Visa, EuroCard/MasterCard. The
total cost will be charged on your arrival.
11. How can I extend my stay?
Please contact our reservations team to check availability. If the
apartment is available on the dates that you wish to extend, this
is easy to arrange. If your apartment is unavailable, we will do our
best to offer you an alternative. When You make Your booking and there
is a possibility your stay will be extended, please let us know so
when could consider it when we take further bookings.
12. Is there a telephone in the apartment?
We have telephones in all apartments except for Apartment #6. You
can call free of charge to local fixed lines. If you need to call
to mobiles or outside of Estonia, we suggest buying a prepaid phone-card,
which you can find easily in most of the shops or kiosks on the street.
13. Is there Internet connection in the apartment?
There is Wireless Internet connection in all Kullassepa Residence
apartments. It is possible to arrange hi-speed LAN Internet connection
in apartments #1 and #8, but it should be negotiated in advance.
14. How many people can sleep in one apartment?
The number of people permitted to occupy each apartment is limited
to the number of beds and sofa-beds. In some apartments extra sleeping
facilities can be arranged but it should be negotiated in advance

Parking a car in Tallinn:
Our apartments are situated in Old town residential parking area.
You can access it by car but only for a short time to unload luggage.
After that You should move Your car to a different parking location.
We recommend our customers a secure parking service on Kaarli street 4A - just 500 meters from our apartments. Special price for Kullassepa
Residence customers – 6.40 Eur/24h.
Here is the map of the paid parking area in case if You prefer to
park in different location: Tallinn parking area
- Old town - paid parking only. Prices 4,6 Eur/h. Many
streets are not accessible by vehicles, including Raekoja Square,
Viru Street, part of Harju and Vene Street.
- City centre - paid parking Monday-Friday 07:00-19:00 and Saturday
08:00-15:00. Sundays free all day. Prices 1.04 - 2.3 Eur/h.
- Other areas - free parking in places where it’s allowed.
